Default NEW ZSpeed CSC installed. Dirty fluid still?

So I bit the bullet and bought a new ZSpeed CSC. I talked my local dealer to convince my extended warranty company that I needed it and the master cylinder replaced. After some back and forth, the warranty company approved the work. My dealer (on the down low) installed the ZSpeed CSC in liue of the OEM CSC wioth a new OEM master cylinder. Total cost to me (including the ZSpeed CSC) : $425 ($325 CSC + $100 warranty deductible).

When I got the car back about 2 months, it felt amazing! In fact, it still does. The peddle has no play in it and the engagement points are 100% consistent. My concern is with the fluid. I decided to check it today and to my surprise, it is getting dirty already!! I notice that there are little bits of black material floating around and the fluid itself looks like it is getting black again.

Obviously, my concern is that this contaminated fluid will damage the new CSC. I thought that with the ZSpeed CSC and a new master cylinder this issue should have been resolved. Has anyone else with this configuration experienced this? Should I flush it out and hope it doesnt continue to happen?
