I'm not sure with dash command -- can you pull the actual DTC codes?

You could swap them back and forth to make sure it is indeed the sensor and not something due to a difference between the cats, but the voltage related codes point to a failing sensor -- they don't like to be removed...

I'd search for a generic replacement from Denso or Bosch and just swap it out.

The 2ndary O2 should be fairly inexpensive.
