No Pro, but probably just the brushes being worn at sustained high RPMS+heat. Probably fine in a DD scenario, but it could be a part that has a service life that is shorter due to the higher stress. When they core an alternator, brushes are replaced. I used to be into car stereos and when you pull a lot of power from your alternator, it has to spin faster to keep the voltage high. A few car stereo amplifiers can kill an OEM alternator in a year.
