He was a fellow Z owner that I already knew, so we were cool. And you're exactly right, it was an innocent mistake; a teaching opportunity. I knew as soon as he explained it to me, and he apologized that he didn't do it himself.
I was going to say that they answered the phones after closing, but I remember I called him directly on his cell. So that was nice and convenient for me. But what was also nice was it wasn't even an issue. The whole attitude was 'let's make this right and make sure it doesn't happen again'. Every one - him and the new guy. Very refreshing
