I am a cyclist and had an oil can thrown at me a few yrs back. Not a nice town. I read up on a site out of Chicago and it did say the spray was useless but polyurethane worked with 15 coats? my concern is getting hit from behind or being behind a slow person and not making it thru the light and hitting them. The internet said it was the politicians trying to make money and police have nothing to do with it. Thanks for the passport advice.
not sure about jville, but in tampa/clearwater/st.pete area, there is a sh*t ton of red light cameras.

honestly, those "covers" and "sprays" are worthless and won't do anything for you. it tells you online how the money collected is divided up - portion of it goes to the company that manages the cameras, some goes to the city, etc. and by the way, it's the PD/SO/any other law enforcement agencies that review for potential violations, so im sure they get a portion of that as well.

regarding your concern about driving behind a slow person, someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm under the impression that as long as you don't actually cross the line when it's red, then you're fine; if you cross when it's yellow, but not yet red, then you are good.

i gotta post a pic that my buddy sent me. he ran a red light and knew he was gonna get a ticket so he ended up waving his middle finger while going thru the red light. when they sent him the bill, it shows in the picture of him driving with his middle finger out the window lol
