Thanks for all the replies I did complete a complaint to the BBB and the consumers affairs for my state. I have before and after pictures. The worse part is the local stealer ship making it worse not better. Those few pictures I posted are nothing there are many more but the post local dealarship did most of this. They buffed the hell out of the rear quarter panel in front of the wheels so must so it almost looks grey. I believe they lied about installing a new shift assembly.
**To be clear I have not been back to the original dealership only spoke over the phone. They did not do the clay bar buff and wax job. I was going to have a specialist with great reviews in the area when the service adviser said ya he used them and they do great work but know he has his detail-er does his and looks just as good. I don't want to spam this thread with all the pictures but I have alot.... It is everywhere on the car ***EXCEPT ON THE ROOF AND HOOD!**** this baffles me because yes they were suppose to do the whole car but the roof and hood was the problem not the rest of it there was som lite scratching but nothing as major as now. I think the paint may be done for that's why I'm so pissed and no one owns up to **** anymore even if you confront them before leaving. I have original pictures found in the introduction page and post pictures after the local dealership did the job.
The rim is suppose to be fixed on Wednesday at a different location. So I have a problem from two dealerships now instead of one I am starting to think the person who said cancel the extended warranty plan is right because that's right at 2k I should get back at least that's a start on a new paint job...
I don't disagree with a lot of you but I was running out of time and had no alternate vehicle. So I was determined to buy a **New or like new Nismo 370z** I should have walked on this with the rude *** salesman, messing with numbers and saying they aern't responsible for the wheel key etc. A lot of you pointed out that I don't have it in writing I do have recorded calls though
Also that I bought a "CPO" and it is listed as such is my in writing. Through Nissan's website it has to meet certain criteria to be a CPO. So being that it says in contract CPO then is that not in writing that all this BS should not be there shifter loose, bad paint, wheel damage, illegal tint, etc...
Yes I am young 26, yes I did state that this was my first and last damn time I deal with a stealarship. However I'm not stupid, I did my research the best I could. CPO is listed on Nissan's website read that and tell me I'm wrong and that this is ok. I did go to Nissan they can't do anything. Lastly yes at this point I'm thinking **** their arbitration agreement... They did not meet their agreement as far as the vehicle condition and standards therefore I believe that might be enough for a lawyer to void the arbitration part of that agreement both sides sign if one doesn't hold up does that not void the agreement entirely.
As far as enjoying the car that's out of the question at this point I wish I would have just bought the new 2014 right at 40 or hell a 2015 for around 45-46 at least then I wouldn't be dealing with this ****. Why buy a car with 7k miles for 35 that's going to need a 4k paint job and 500 or so in other repairs the dealership wont fix when I could have put that towards a new one that actually was on the showroom floor.
Oh and for the comment runnning it into their GTR cheap bastards didn't have one.. Maybe if they were closer I could have ran it through their showroom floor and take out the juke and altima **Sarcasm**
I understand what all of you are saying and I appreciate the advice and comments and don't worry I did learn a valuable lesson. Don't sign a contract with a dealership. Don't go to a dealership... order the car you want go up with a lawyer and notary to pick it up record everything and give them cash tell them **** you and have a nice day.
Unfortunately looks like I might be coming out upside down on this car because I'm thinking about selling it and getting away from Nissan entirely. Since technically they don't really exist in the U.S. anyway just buildings with their name on them.
That's about all the advice I think I can take or need unless a lawyer or someone who knows exactly what to do PMs me. I never did get a PM from the one mentioned that may know a fix. But I do appreciate all the advice, responses, and concern even if some of it was a little trolling.
