Man this would put a big rain cloud over the excitement of getting your Z. I feel sorry for what has happened but I first you should have got it in writing via email from the internet salesman the agreed upon $30, 000 OTD price. The window tint and curb rash could have been worked out but as soon as walking in and they jack the price up to $33, 000 I would have walked out. I also would have had my pre approved bank financing in hand . Since you had no written confirmation on agreed price or the pre qualified finance they knew they had you especially since you drove such a long distance.
My husband bought a 2014 dodge ram 1500 in October. By the time we got to look at that truck it was getting dark. It is black too. The next day he found a real deep scratch. Nothing we can do and I am not sure if he would of not gotten it but its a learning point for us to not buy in the dark. The dealership we were at though (third time working with them) are pretty good .
From my search on 370Z in my area I will be traveling outside of state . I can get much more for the same price in my budget going outside of my state. I am researching and getting my ducks in a row before I do so, but I also will be prepared to leave empty handed and just consider the trip a weekend get away with the hubby.
Not sure if you just need to get the clear coat fix for your paint on the car , but my dealership charges $100 for it. Not to bad. I can clearly see the buffed scratches on your car and that sucks big time. I have heard black cars have a tendency to show those marks more easily.
Keep us updated and hopefully it will work out...it probably will take time because they are probably counting on you to give up your fight.
