Thanks for the response. When I am in traffic every other car has a clear cover over them. I guess they are fools to believe, also. There is definitely a flash at the intersection because I am sitting at the light watching people get zapped with flashes. This just irks me due to the city wanting to raise money. just pass out more tickets for bad signal lights and not using blinkers then. Now their thinking about right turns on red be illegal in florida. I see you are in the same state
