Here are pictures after they "so called clay barred, buffed, waxed, and polished" Most of those scratches weren't there. Also the wheel repair guy repainted the whole rim the service adviser confirmed it looked great that was in the first week. When I go to pick up my car all of a sudden he tells me oh the paint started coming off your wheel but we didn't pressure wash it
then why tell me the day of, and mention pressure washer?
May be hard to see in these but I have them blown up and sent them to original dealer. How the hell do you make a car worse... They are very noticeable in person and they even warned me as I walked up to my car and I said it wasn't this bad. The circles weren't there the cloudiness or the scratches especially all over the drivers side door.
Of course they denied everything. I also stated non of the spots are cleared up and they said ya we now know it's all in the clear. Pretty much gave me a big middle finger and walked away even accused me of lying saying how "well" they took care of my car and parked it away from others and the detail-er brought all the scratches to his attention first... Come to find out it's not a professional detail-er just a shop rat found out from a reputable professional paint shop that did my si and does warranty paint for auto companies.
