Default Clutch Problems

So yesterday I had my second instance where on my way to work my clutch bottomed out and I couldnt get it into gear. Safely pulled into a parking lot and later that day got it towed to the dealer expecting it to be the Slave Cylinder AGAIN. Dealer just called me and said that this time it was the Master Cylinder not giving pressure and Ill have to wait till next week for the part (not a big deal since Ill be out of town next week anyway). I think he said $669 for parts and labor. But at this point Im a little frustrated. I bought the car used last December with 54,000, its a 2011, and it now has roughly 67,000. I thought clutch parts were supposed to last longer than this. Is it faulty parts? Is it natural wear from all the miles? Ive only been driving stick for a couple years now and Im not perfect, is it my fault? I guess Im just upset and frustrated because I love this car and want to mod it but literally the first $1600 I've spent on it is repairing and returning it to stock! Mainly just a rant but any words of wisdom help or encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
