Seriously though, my 18" resonators and resonated HFC's are still loud and deeply throaty that my GF used to tell me that the pictures at the back of the house would shake when I cranked her up in the morning. However, I could still hear my radio, use my bluetooth, and not get a headache from the drone on long trips... and when I downshift or hit the gas, the sound was/is a deep throaty growl that intimidate the cars infront of me, so much so, that some actually pull over to let me pass. .. figure they had to go home and change their underwear afterwards
. I have also been told from other non-Z friends driving behind me on trips that I sound like a Ferrari. .. smooth, silky, growly, no drone, and no rasp... perfection incarnate. .. well worth the price and wait. Heh, I could do a commercial for FI...
