Of course you can drift an AT. Turn off VDC, pull the brake light fuse, and manhandle the e-brake a bit to get you started. Practice makes perfect. But don't go driving on the street with the brake light fuse pulled.

Also, drifting puts a lot of wear on the car. Don't be surprised when stuff starts breaking. Not to mention the cost of new tires all the time.
