I gave them my new handles in a nice big box with bubble wrap and they gave my stock handles back just thrown in a random shoe box with no protection.
Also when they quoted me the price for the job I told them they needed to give me an exact figure as I had lost my debit card and was waiting on a replacement so I would be paying in cash. I even called them before i picked up my car to confirm the price when I was at the bank getting cash. Sure enough I showed up and they tried to gouge me for an extra 100 bucks because it "was a hard job" and "took longer than we thought." I told them thats cool but your problem I only brought as much cash as YOU TOLD ME. They then proceeded to threaten me with a mechanics lien and I got a bunch of ugly text messages from Eric's wife threatening all sorts of stuff and cursing at me. It was only when I threatened to take them to small claims court over the principle and harassment and also destroy their online reputation (yelp, BBB, etc) that they stopped blowing up my phone for more money they weren't owed.
I've never told the story before because I kept my promise not to bad mouth them but I still have the texts on my phone from the wife.. After going back and reading them it pissed me off to the point that I at least had to share with you guys. This shop is the reason why I don't trust ANY Vegas shops. Stay away from Paladin unless you get their price quote in writing and don't mind having your stock parts mangled and don't care about being gouged on price and threatened after the fact.
On a side note....... Anyone want to help me install my K&N short ram intakes? I literally own zero tools (got most stolen a few years back and never bothered to replace). I can pay in beer or dollars, whatever is preferred.

If you come when it's convenient for us my husband can do it. Just kick him back $30.
I never took my old z to them but did to mike who used to co-own them. Even he screwed up my install. We didn't figure it out until we parted out my car... They never put back the end links to the rear sway. I tracked my car like that!!!!! :/
