Added white parking lights to replace the OEM ones

I can't bring myself to add the front license plate holder, as NYS law mandates a front plate. I don't mind drilling the holes but I think the Nismo front bumper gets spoiled by the front plate. I'm going to test my luck and see how long I can go without a ticket...
