Believe it or not, in my old G37 coupe I almost never used the A/C and this included days where the weather was up to 105 degrees and approaching 100% humidity. I only turned it on if I had a passenger in the car with me.
It is a habit I developed that goes back to the way A/C _used_ to sap HP from the car. I am fully aware that the compressor is turned off under hard acceleration in modern cars, but somehow I just got used to the interior of the car being really hot and it usually takes a passenger in the car to remind me that's not normal
