I feel sorry for Sean (or Shawn, however he spells his name). He's not here to defend his company name and reputation from Scott. I agree with you but from the little we know about Sean, I would not say the last part...or instead say to deal with Synergy directly and not Scott...I don't see it right bashing a guy's living due to someone that is not directly connected to them.
