Bottom line is only you three (NeverBoneStck, Scott, and Sean) know what is happening minus whether the parts in question had some issues or not. You need to figure out and which parts are coming back which parts NeverBoneStck is keeping and lastly settle up the bill. Whether that be you owe him some back for deposit/refund/whatever. Or if he owes you money for the parts and service he is keeping.
This public back and forth is not helping your porting business. If it comes to light that he indeed did not steal and therefore is not a theif it is not going to look good. Of course it all depends on what kind of business model you are trying to follow.
