First, find out who you still owe money too, find out who you still owe products too, and get caught up. But until this train out of control comes to a stop, you are going to have to deal with customer complaints. It comes with the territory. The question is how are you going to handle them, and what processes are you going to put in place so they don't happen again. I haven't bashed you once on here, and I have been very patient, but everybody does deserve a little constructive criticism.
