Looking at the string of posts over the past months, most people would understand why your customers (and potential customers) are weary and skeptical. Sure, you'd like shining reviews on here, but those need to be earned. Look at Tony from Fast Intentions. He has thousands of posts with rave reviews and all of them were earned due to his straight-forward ship dates, prompt attention to product problems, and excellent pre-sales customer service.

well said with out being negative.
why make a ship date if you cant hold to it? if nothing its YOUR fault people are upset. next time, take when you think you can ship by, and post a ship date a month past that........
