whatever the swifts drop the car...shocks don't change ride height since they compress and expand at a 'rate', unless your springs are taller than your shocks at max height, which these aren't. Springs support the height of the car

that being said these are not progressive dampeners (as none are) so i'm not sure progressive springs will mate very well. Progressive springs are fine as a compromise on stock dampeners, but If you're getting better dampening, go with a linear spring for performance. Swift and Bilstein have some custom made ones I believe.
