That was basically the same problem it had when they decided to take it off the car in 2010, but then they re-introduced it without actually changing anything but their policy on the issue
nice man and yeah, i have the 2014 and I'm in ny, so its been below freezing lately. i herd that in the winter it warms up the oil and in the summer oil cooler kicks in and brings the temp down. i don't track at all, just daily driven except (snow) lol. i have 1600 miles on mine, going to be getting the ZSpeed HD Concentric Replacement Clutch Slave Cylinder. so ill be on the safe side.
