All turbo cars are like this. They detune the car for better fuel mileage, lower temperatures, less wear and more longevity. Remeber the 99-02 Audi S4? 250hp twin turbo 2.7 liter v6 which magically has 330hp after a simple ECU tune. Add downpipes and exhaust and you're at 360hp.
