Yep i can only attest to that, ppl that work at dealers always move around a lot i think partly due to them working at that field. In other words if they get fired or look for a better paying job chances are that theyll look for a job at another dealership. Also dealers always look for ppl with experience and preferably ppl that has worked at dealerships before...
