Hey guys, I'm basically here to vent. Yesterday I took my Nismo in for new tires (Nissan was running the buy 3 get one for $1 promo.) I took the car in nice and detailed. When it came out the lube was all over my rims so I asked if they could clean it up because, uh hello.... I just paid you 1300+ for the job, it should look clean! So they take it back and 20 minutes or so later bring it out again. The guy gets out and says thanks and walks away. Took me 2 seconds (literally) to say, "Ralph wait! What's this!?" There was a huge scratch on my driver side rear wheel as if hit by a tool. He immediately says, "Oh yea my guys told me that there was a scratch already". Bull$#!& I had JUST detailed the car the previous day and that was NOT there. Said his manager wasn't in but to call back Monday. I was not about to take it home for them to say, "How do we know you didn't do that after you left..." So I hunted down any supervisor and basically he says to take it in on Tuesday so they can "fix" it (whatever that means). If it doesn't look clean I'm going after them for another rim! I know, whish me luck on that. Phew, thanks for reading guys. Feel free to share horror stories.
