Good point on Sasha or Carol (although that does influence some other things for Rick...  ), although we never did actually see Andrea die... it's not impossible, but I have a feeling you are right and somebody else will fill her void. |
It will be interesting to see who picks up the reigns of Andrea's other plot points since there doesn't seem to be an obvious character in that position at the moment, nor can I see it with any of the existing group.
We didn't see her die, but it was heavily implied, especially with the nice chunk Milton appeared to have taken out of her when they finally got to her.
