Here's how I got amazing sound quality via Bluetooth streaming. It's terribly sad that our horrendously overpriced boat anchor Nav/Sound system can be upstaged this cheaply.
And before anyone states the obvious, if I could replace the headunit in my '15 370Z I would do it in a HEARTBEAT; but no one in town at any of the custom shops will touch unless I'm willing to part with a couple thousand dollars.
The Bluetooth in the Nissan units is probably, like everything else in it, years old and obsolete technology that they buy in bulk and make a bar selling booze level markup.
But these 2 items provide stellar sound and far more reliable Bluetooth connectivity:

As a bonus, the previously useless USB port under the armrest will actually power the Mpow unit, making it useful.
