IF you can get the internal switches in the right position, pulling the fuse will work. Bang on the ESCL with your fist, a rubber mallet, &c until the locking pin moves enough to actuate the switches and you can start the car. Without turning the car off (have the IPDM pulled beforehand), pull the fuse. Voila!
