Default issues after test pipe installation.

Hey all, I'd like to start off by saying I have searched the forums for this issue but I cant seem to find a clear answer and call me needy but I'd like a more personal response.

Anyways, I just recently installed the aam non res-test pipes. Very little issues with the dreaded demon bolt or anything. Overall very clean install. At first start up I noticed a rough idle and sitting around 30-50rpms lower than it should have. No CEL yet but after scanning found one for intermittent or random misfires. Nothing specifically calling out a cylinder. (Forgot to write down the exact codes prior to this so I apologize) I did the ECU reset by way of throttle pedal and by leaving the car off with the neg terminal of the battery unplugged. Still no changes. Then I drove about an hour and my CEL popped up, same codes were given and I'm getting a 1k idle. I'm assuming the ECU has tried to adjust a:f and cannot. I'm assuming there must be an exhaust leak somewhere down the line and maybe I didn't tighten those bolts as hard as I thought I did. So I plan on putting her back on the lift tomorrow or asap. Is there anything else I should try? Or am I even in the right ball park here? I'll get those codes as soon as I can but for now I'm just too frustrated to go down stairs. Thanks in advance!
