tell that shop to go fuck themselves with those prices and that explanation The master cylinder is OEM (there are no available aftermarket ones that fit without some level of modification right now). You can buy it for $100; no reason to pay a 69% markup on it.

Also, you have left out information, so people are making assumptions. What kind of parts are these? OEM? Aftermarket?
