Hankook RS3 V2 is a great track tire, and totally fine for street duty as well, and definitely a better tire than those two listed. I've driven on the highway in moderately heavy rainfall on my half worn RS3s without any problems.

Also, with stock wheels/suspension, I think you'll be happier with the balance on a square setup (275F/275R), and you'll be able to wear them more evenly by rotating/flipping.

Edit: Oh, you have a NISMO so wider wheels and a bit stiffer. I don't have any firsthand experience with a NISMO, but I'd imagine the balance with stock suspension isn't much different from the sport package. I would still go with a 275s on all corners if it were me.
