Some of these 'corporate vehicles' are for executives or marketing. You can consider them as demo's. I suppose the most important thing is to do a PPI regardless of the history.
You can have a single owner car that was tracked/trashed extensively and get traded in....
I personally would buy it if it is verified in good original condition.

A few of the Nismos I saw with corporate fleet history have been CPOd by the dealership for 7 years/100k miles so I guess that's reassuring but it still doesn't take into account how the car was driven.
