LOL i am not from US but i think this applies,
On two different occassions, The second one being 2 weeks ago,
I placed a order for a simple Rear fog lamp.
As per their 'procedure' they are supposed to get back to me VIA email for shipping quote since its international.
The first inquiry never got answered, Now i am waiting for the second one, Dont really care, But they are quite splendid at their business.
