Is this in Travis county? I am part of a volunteer program and deputized to issue tickets ($500 min fine) for violations such as this. Please PM me if you are interested in learning more about the program or if you would like my number or the hotline number to report these violators when you encounter them.
Also, please be aware ..... disabilities are not always visible. Just because someone does not show difficulties walking does not mean they do not have a legitimate reason for parking in a handicap spot
with a valid plate or placard.
