Hard to get a concept of the size, what is the surface area and thickness of the core?

Regardless of the reduced pressure drop it would unfortunately still need a thermostatic plate or bypass for the cooler climates. There would be too much oil to air heat exchange unless you built a Modshack cover.

I do like the teflon wrapped lines though.
