The tires may have flat spots if you don't take the weight of the car off of them. But, unless you have a really soft compound, they will fix themselves after a few miles (long enough to get the rubber warm).

You already know about windows, radio, and ECM.

If the temperature fluctuates very much in the storage area, you may want to change oil/filter before cranking it up. Pre-startup would also be a good time to change air filters and the cabin air filter. Check all lights and fluid levels while you're at it.
