Yes, but the Z is a car that people tend to want to take real good care of. For 2-3 months, there's not a lot that needs to be done other than keeping the battery charged - but I'd probably get the tires off the ground during storage and change the oil/filter before starting. Why? Because racecar.

Actually, I'd just move some place warmer where I didn't need to store the car during Winter.
