I have tried to get a hold of Igor, but it seems like hes never there. I was only able to contact his assistant. Maybe thats the problem.
If I dont hear anything from these guys soon, I am switching to different vendor...

I apologize for this, we did have an update for you but I believe my assistant got tied up with other things and forgot to update you personally. He will contact you in the near hour or so and tell you the situation, as well as a small discount on the work for the long wait.
