Your insurance company should go ahead and fix your car on your collision (and deductible) and then refund the deductible when her insurance pays. Sometimes you have to build a fire under the other insurances butt to get them moving too. They can drag their feet for weeks. Also ask them for depreciation to your car (you're going to take a hit on its value when you trade).
