I am using the lm32 and they work great in Chicago snows this week. A tube or two of sand over the rear axle and no problems. I used the older ones as well. Because these are wider, they do snow plane a bit. This is why you need the sand weight

I wanted to know if anyone has used the LM-32s or perhaps the Michelin X-Ice Xi3s? From what I have read the LM-32s do very well in the winter conditions, but suffer in more moderate conditions. The X-Ice work better in moderate condtions which gives a little performance up when it comes to the nasty stuff.

Thanks in advance for any replies!
