Definitely small numbers when compared to the Mustang and Camaro. But I guess since the R&D has most likely been recouped, it probably doesn't really hurt Nissan to produce these numbers. Combine that with the Z being assembled on the same production line as the Infiniti G/Q series (using similar engine etc) as well as the GTR, I'm sure it churns out a profit.
By comparison, the Cayman only sold 3,417 in the US last year
