After some driving, it seems like everything is fixed. I'm sure I'll re-bleed the clutch just to be sure the way the pedal feels is normal, but other than that I'm satisfied with the product I ended up with. Still, if I had a time machine I'd go back and buy from ZSpeed or Z1. Going with Specialty Z cost me weeks of a rental car and more labor. I'm probably out $1k+ because of that first clutch disc being bent. Not to mention the cost of a new master cylinder I didn't need.
I can't recommend them to anyone based on their handling of this situation. They said all the right things, but they fell through on the whole "help out with labor" thing even though RPS (who actually makes their clutches) clearly recognized a problem, or he wouldn't have eaten the cost of the replacement disc.
