Those are decent sized offsets. On a 370z, 19x9.5 +20 and 19x11 +15 is nearly flush running a 245/40 and 305/30.

That's the same width for the front and a 30mm width increase for the rear.
That's the tires I already have.

After speaking to a few people, the tires are stretched in the at photo running -5 offset in the rear.

+22 front, and +38 rear is the best I can get without rubbing or stretching from what Ravspec is claiming.
