20x8.5 + 35 front will be 8 mm (0.3'') closer to suspension/brakes components.
Fenders clearance: leaves even more room than OEM.

So the front will be more sunk in then OEM

20x10 + 42 rear is 12 mm (0.5'') closer to suspension/brakes components.
Fenders clearance: leaves even more room than OEM.

If you are looking for a flush fit spacers will be needed. This set up is more sunk in then stock.
