So, I've been wanting to get a Seibon CF hood for awhile, but just couldn't get the balls to get one because a couple of my friends said it would look like my car's been in an accident and I couldn't afford to buy a color-matched hood.

Personally, I feel that it looks cool, especially on a PW Z and it also serves a functional purpose (heat dissipation). This is the one I'm interested in:

Do you think it's a waste of money for a guy who's probably never going to track his car or is this something worth the money? Also, would it look better in pearl white with CF vents like this
