You didn't ship the wheels like that but you did ship them with subpar packaging which is why they were damaged in shipment. The packaging was flimsy and could not reasonably be expected to make it across the country. Not to mention you put 2 wheels in each box. In the end, I paid for perfect wheels and I did not get perfect wheels so i filed a claim with PayPal. It got resolved, so this issue is done and over with.
