In general, no need to retune, but since you are dynoing anyway you might ask the tuner if he thinks there's anywhere to make improvements.

Tuners learn new tricks as they go; similarly, new software upgrades might open new tuning options -- for example, maybe your tuner couldn't tune VVEL last time you were there and now can. That might be worth experimenting with.
