As for the cf overlay it has already been removed. It was held on with double sided tape so i used a heat gun on the roof from the inside and slowly made my way around the roof until all the double sided tape was loose. Came off quite a bit easier than i expected. It will need some new double sided tape though! Also note the clear coat is lifting along the rear edge of the roof(can be seen in the pics).
