The Z Store not responding to e-mails
Wednesday morning: E-mailed pictures of a concern of a product I received from them. E-mailed before they opened (Central vs Pacific time difference)
Thursday: E-mailed again
No response to two e-mails
Call this morning
"What e-mail did you send to?" "The only one on your website." "Well send it to Mike@ and I'll get it."
I e-mailed Mike, no response. Called and had to leave a message. No response yet.
This typical for those guys??
