The airbag light has nothing to do with the cats, so I would look into that at the dealer. No aftermarket seats or steering wheel?
As to the HFC's, you can either try additional de-foulers to further extend the bung where the secondary O2's are located and/or stuff some steel wool in the bung to further slow down the gasses and see if that works (they are set off when the change in voltage between primary and secondary occur too close in time, indicating no cat is present), otherwise you will need a tune.
The dealership shouldn't care about the code for the cats, but the airbag light one should definitely be taken care of, provided, of course, you are still within warranty.
