It's easier to keep out, than it is to get off. No cake or doughnuts, which I loved. I refuse to be fat, or appear out of shape. But these damn love handles are a curse! You have to really watch what you eat, and how much.

I am a 34 now. I also eat pretty much no breads at all, very little fried stuff, mostly meats and veggies, and a lot of the meat is fish. But, you can eat food that tastes good and is healthy, you just have to work at it
